As 2009 draws to a close it is time to
reflect on events during the Year.
Our time has been dedicated mainly
to our introduction to the world of the PBGV.

I have never known a description of a Breed
be so appropriate. There has never been a dull
moment since "Doris" and "Mr Duck" arrived
both in the Showring and out.

We have attended fewer Championship
Shows in 2009 with the Corgis dedicating
the Year mainly to the PBGV's.
Penliath Ice 'N' Slice "Ellie" took time
out to raise her lovely litter of 5 puppies by
Penliath Brace Yourself (A.I.) "Other".
Penliath With A Twist "Arthur"
"Ellie's" lovely boy entered the ring only
on a few occasions and was awarded several
Best Puppy in Breed
at Championship Shows.
We are
looking forward to campaigning "Arthur"
and his Mum and Dad in 2010

"Amy" also took the Year out of the
Showring to produce her second
litter.
We were delighted when she whelped
7 lovely Red and White babies to
"Pemcader Belroyd Zeus"
We are looking forward to their
debut in the Showring in 2010.

the UK & Europe in 2010
We are delighted to say that
Penliath Legs Eleven "Legs" was Top Puppy
in the Our Dogs/Pedigree Competition
for 2008.
In late 2006 we were thrilled when Carol and Linda
of the famous Renefield Kennel in the USA
allowed us to import frozen semen
from "Bugs", Am Ch. Renefield Sport Coat.

"Amy"
Int. Eng. Dutch & Lux Ch Penliath Fatal Attraction W'07& W'08
produced a wonderful litter of eight
Red and White puppies, 3 Females and 5 Males.
The puppies entered the Show ring in February 2008
and immediately made their presence felt winning
many awards. Their achievements can be seen
on both the Boys and Girls Pages.
Penliath Legs Eleven "Legs" is the current
Top Puppy in Breed taking over
from her Brother at the end of their
Puppy career.
After fulfilling her duties as a Mother
"Amy" entered the Show ring in Europe
with a bang. She made her debut at
the Winners Show in Amsterdam in 2007
where she was awarded Best of Breed.
Her new European achievements can
be seen on the Girls Page. We are
looking forward to continuing in
Europe in late 2008 and early 2009.
To our delight in August 2008 at Bournemouth
Championship Show
Penliath Ice 'N' Slice "Ellie"
won her Second CC adding to her many
top awards.
"Amy" completed 2008 gaining her Dutch
and International title at the
Amsterdam Winners Show just 12 months
and 2 days after making her debut in Europe.
At the incredible age of 11 years
Ch. Penliath Shooting Star "Alice"
qualified once again for the
Pedigree Stakes Grand Final
to be held in January 2009.
This is the ninth consecutive year that
"Alice" has qualified for this
prestigious event.
In her 12th year "Alice"
Ch. Penliath Shooting Star attended
the Grand Final of the Pedigree
Champion and Veteran Stakes and
delighted us when she showed herself
like a 2 year old and was rewarded by
being in the final winning line up.
